Being in Greece, we are lucky to be experiencing all four seasons; it gives us plenty of seasonal, fresh ingredients to work with. From the harvest of autumn to the warmth of the soup in the cold days of winter. Followed by the fresh asparagus and strawberries in the spring, the Mediterranean blue, the fish of the day combined with the refreshing fruits of the summer. Each of these special seasons bring an abundant of high-quality produce which translates into unique flavors, aromas and dishes.
